Tenant Handbook
Everything you need to know about living at Cube Housing — your rights, your responsibilities, and how we support you every step of the way.
Welcome to Cube Housing
We are really glad you are here. Cube Housing exists to provide safe, supportive accommodation for people who need a stable place to live while they build confidence and skills for the future. We genuinely care about your progress and wellbeing, and our team is here to support you throughout your time with us.
This handbook sets out what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and some practical information about your home. Please read it carefully, and speak to your support worker if you have any questions.

A printed copy of this handbook was provided when you moved in. Ask your support worker for a replacement copy at any time.
Your Support Plan
Your Support Plan is created with you, not for you. You can request changes at any time and will be involved in every review, which takes place at least every 3 months.
Your Support Plan is confidential. It will only be shared with other professionals with your consent, except where there is a safeguarding concern.
House Rules
✓
No violence, harassment or anti-social behaviour towards staff, other residents or visitors.
✓
Keep communal areas clean and tidy — kitchen, bathrooms, hallways and any shared spaces.
✓
Noise must be kept to a reasonable level, particularly between 10pm and 8am.
✓
Overnight visitors are not permitted under the terms of your Licence Agreement.
✓
Keep your home in good condition. Report any maintenance issues promptly rather than letting them worsen.
✓
No use, dealing or possession of illegal drugs. Alcohol is not permitted in communal areas. Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation — you may only smoke in designated outdoor areas.
Moving On
Cube Housing is a stepping stone. Our aim is to help you build the skills and confidence to move into independent accommodation when you are ready. Your support worker will work with you on a move-on plan well in advance, and will support you through the transition to your next home. You will never be asked to leave without adequate notice and support.
