About us
Our approach to supporting you
Cube Housing Ltd acts as a Managing Agent in partnership with our Registered Providers, delivering housing-related support to those who need it most. We provide exempt social housing for people at risk of homelessness in Birmingham, working with each resident individually — agreeing a personalised action plan, providing consistent support, and never taking a one-size-fits-all approach. All staff hold a valid DBS certificate and are committed to the dignity and confidentiality of every resident.
Always Show Up — the consistent, reliable presence our residents can count on
Do Right, Always — honest and transparent in every interaction, even when it's uncomfortable
See the Whole Person — every resident has a story; we lead with empathy and treat everyone with dignity
Make It Count — focused on outcomes that genuinely transform lives, not just boxes ticked

Referrals
We accept referrals from a wide range of statutory and voluntary organisations — including local authorities, social workers, NHS teams, probation services, homelessness charities, faith organisations, food banks, and Citizens Advice Bureaux. An initial assessment is completed with every prospective resident before any placement is offered.
Who can refer?
Any professional or organisation that can document a person's support need and housing risk is welcome to refer. This includes: local authority housing and adult social care teams; social workers and CPNs; NHS GPs, mental health, and community health teams; probation officers and criminal justice services; Home Office and asylum support providers; homelessness charities; community centres and faith organisations; food banks; Citizens Advice Bureaux; and refugee and asylum support organisations. The client must be 18 or over, homeless or at risk of homelessness, and have capacity to engage with support. An initial assessment is completed before every placement.
