Accessibility Statement

Statement prepared: July 2026 · Cube Housing Ltd · cubehousingservices.com

Cube Housing Ltd is committed to making its website accessible and usable for as many people as possible. We want visitors to be able to access information about our services, make referrals, read our policies, and engage with our community content in a way that is clear, inclusive and straightforward. Our website is built using Framer, a no-code website builder, and includes pages such as our homepage, referral form, and policy pages.

What accessibility means to us

Accessibility means ensuring people can use our website regardless of disability, access needs, technology, device or environment. This includes people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice recognition software, screen magnification, or alternative input devices, and those who need clear structure, readable content and sufficient colour contrast. We aim to make our website easy to read, easy to navigate and compatible with commonly used assistive technologies wherever reasonably possible.

Standard we aim to meet

Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines — WCAG 2.1 Level AA. WCAG 2.1 Level AA is an internationally recognised standard for making web content accessible. We aim to make our website content: Perceivable — information presented in ways users can recognise and access; Operable — navigable using different methods including keyboard access where possible; Understandable — content and forms that are clear and predictable; Robust — working with a range of browsers, devices and assistive technologies where possible.

How accessible this website is

We have taken steps to make the website as accessible as reasonably possible within the limits of the Framer platform. We aim to ensure that: text is written in plain English; pages use clear headings and sections; the referral form uses standard HTML form elements; links and buttons are intended to be meaningful; colour contrast is considered in the design; and the website is responsive and can be viewed on desktop, tablet and mobile. However, because the site is built using Framer, we cannot guarantee that every element fully meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA at all times.

Known limitations

We are aware of the following potential limitations: Keyboard navigation — some interactive elements on Framer-built sites may not always be fully keyboard navigable or consistent; Focus indicators — some links or buttons may not display a sufficiently clear visible focus indicator when accessed by keyboard; Screen reader compatibility — some Framer-generated elements may not always be announced by screen readers in the most helpful way; Interactive or embedded content — animations and interactive components may not always fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA requirements; Browser and assistive technology differences — behaviour may vary across different browsers and assistive technology combinations. We review these limitations where practical and consider improvements as the website develops.

Alternative formats

If you need any information from our website in a different format, we will do our best to help. You can request content in large print, plain text, an accessible PDF or Word document, audio format, or another reasonable alternative. To make a request, please contact us at hello@cubehousingservices.com or call 0121 751 2260. Please tell us the page or document you need, your preferred format, and your contact details. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Reporting accessibility problems

We are always looking to improve accessibility. If you find any accessibility issue, or if you think we are not meeting accessibility requirements, please contact us. Email: hello@cubehousingservices.com · Phone: 0121 751 2260 · Post: Cube Housing Ltd, 18 Whitmore Road, Birmingham, B10 0NP. Please include the webpage address, the problem you experienced, the device and browser or assistive technology you were using, and what you were trying to do. This will help us understand and address the issue.

Enforcement procedure

The Equality and Human Rights Commission is responsible for enforcing the Equality Act 2010 in Great Britain. If you are not satisfied with how we respond to an accessibility issue, you may contact the Equality and Human Rights Commission for further information about your rights and the enforcement procedure. Further information is available at www.equalityhumanrights.com.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared in July 2026. It will be reviewed periodically and updated when there are significant changes to the website or where accessibility improvements are made. The website is built using Framer, and some aspects of accessibility depend on the functionality and code generated by that platform. While we aim to make reasonable improvements within the tools available, full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance cannot be guaranteed for every element of the website.
